What's in the sleep club?
My Sleep Clubs open for booking just 3 times a year (January, May and September). You will be following my tried and tested Sleep Well course but will have my support through the changes ensuring you reach all of your sleep aims.
Your courses.
You get access to my 5-star rated sleep course that will guide you from wherever you are with your baby’s sleep to sleeping independently all in a kind and gentle way. As well as two bonus courses (Illness & Weaning), together these courses are worth over £150.
6 weeks support.
You will have access to 2 drop in clinics a week for you to ask any questions that arise throughout the course. This will ensure you stay on track throughout the process. This kind of support is only available on my Sleep Clubs and is worth over £120.
Parenting Club.
Once you're ready, you'll get 2 month's access to my Parenting Club, giving you a further 2 months of drop-in clinics, access to private age-relevant WhatsApp groups and additional 2 free parenting courses. Worth £70.

As soon as you buy a Sleep Club package you'll get instant access to my 5* rated Sleep Course. You can get started straight away and follow the 6-module course through the sleep training process.
Step 2: Start your support
From the 14th February your 6-weeks of support will start with weekly drop-in clinics to ask me any questions, to help you through the sleep training process and ensure you meet your aims.
Step 3: On-going support
You get 2 months access to my Parenting Club giving you continued access to me through Weekly Drop-ins, age-related WhatsApp threads and access to training and parenting courses that will help you tackle common issues like potty training, dummy removal, weaning and much more.

I’ve spent the last 25 years helping families with their babies and children.
In my twenties I completed three university courses - in Paediatric Nursing, Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, whilst travelling the world nannying for pro golfers.
In my thirties I raised my own 3 children (Oliver born in 2008, Ella in 2012 and Henry in 2015), built a house, and founded and grew my new parenting business.
Through Sleep Well with Hannah, I’ve brought together all my experience and training to help hundreds of other families learn to juggle family life and, most importantly, sleep well.
I see myself as more than a sleep trainer - my deep knowledge in babies and children is what makes families feel confident in my hands, and is what makes my programmes, talks and courses work.
Through my CALM (Consistent, Achievable, Loving and Manageable®) approach to parenting I not only teach parents how to manage their baby’s feeding, weaning, nutrition, behaviour, and my most popular subject - sleep - I also teach confidence and how to enjoy juggling life with a baby. My greatest achievement is bringing many families out of dark, sleepless places to enjoying day to day life with their happy, sleeping baby.
I recommend this course to anyone who is struggling with their baby’s sleep. Whether you want to move forward from co sleeping or contact napping, if you are struggling with bed times or early mornings, if your little one is suffering with CMPA or reflux and you have got into habits of helping them sleep or you just need someone else to be able to put baby to bed, this course is for you.

Frequently asked questions
Although this is a very gentle sleep solution I cannot promise you that your baby won't cry (if any sleep specialist does, run a mile!). All babies cry, there is no such thing as a 'no cry' baby, especially when there is change. What I can promise you is that you will be there, supporting your baby until they can sleep independently, I can promise absolutely that there will be no 'controlled crying' or 'cry it out'.
My methods are tried and tested, with thousands of families getting back to sleep using them. If you follow the course and are consistent in the implementation, then you will see significant improvements in your baby's sleep. If you still need extra support, once the training is complete, there are options for discounted 1:1 consultations that can help solve any final issues.
Yes, all weaning advice, recipes, meal and snack ideas, daytime routine and milk feeds will be included in the advice.
Yes, absolutely. We will be putting times for feeds in the routine, so that feeds and sleep are separated. When we come to the night we will need to remove to get your baby sleep through.
Yes, this is possible and a great idea to ensure you can both carry out the training consistently.
The Sleep Club is everything you can expect from my 'I need support' option but it also includes 3 months access to my parenting club. This ensures that once you've completed the 6 week supported sleep training course, you can then continue to receive my support and access all of my great resources (including free 'How to' courses, weekly drop in clinics and more) as you continue your parenting journey. Once you have completed 3 weeks of your sleep course, you will get an email to redeem your parenting club access.
No, there is no requirement for you to remove the dummy, if your baby currently has one. If, at the end of the training, you are just waking to replace dummy my 'How to remove the dummy' course is available.
Yes, I any of the recipes that are not dairy/egg/wheat free can be adapted.
This will all be covered in the course. We will not be doing anything to effect your babies calories or weight gain negatively.
Yes. The main online training can be done at your own pace, within the duration of the training and all resources will continue to be available to you after the course has completed. You have access to the course for life.
Yes, we have ensured that all ages are considered in this course. If your baby is under weaning age there is a bonus module just for you, this is with some extra considerations for very small babies. There are routines and age appropriate weaning recipes for babies all the way through from 1 month to 2 years old.
