What my approach helps with.

My C.A.L.M approach to sleep teaches your little one how to sleep independently, without leaving them to cry. This resolves many common sleep issues including:

Co-sleeping and contact napping.

If you feel ready to move forward from either of these situations then this course will show you how to achieve that in a kind and gentle way, without leaving your baby to cry it out- you will be supporting them the whole time.

Separating feeding from sleep.

One of the hardest but most common sleep situations to move forward form. This course will show you how to achieve that in a step by step and kind and gentle way. This will include all the feeding, eating and weaning advice needed to achieve this.

Early wakes and short naps.

Both of these common sleep issues are caused (in part) by baby relying on your to go to sleep- the sleep training will address that. Once completed, there are extra tips in modules 5 and 6 to ensure that they are fully resolved.

Tricky bedtimes.

We tackle these straight away in modules 1 and 2. No more fighting bed times and a good routine for the whole family that ensures lots of fun at this, often difficult, time of the day.

Overnight wakes and feeds.

These can be exhausting. Although your baby needs to wake up, you don’t (this is explained in module 1). Teaching your baby to sleep well will mean they will also be able to overnight too. There are a whole 2 modules to help with this.

Sleep dependancy.

The biggest cause of sleep issues in babies is dependency on you to go to sleep. Luckily this course addresses any dependencies, in a kind and gentle way. Meaning that at the end your baby will be independent in their sleep and able to sleep well long term.

About the course.

However you choose to work with me, you'll be following my 'C.A.L.M Approach to Baby Sleep' course. This six-module course has everything you need to get your little one sleeping well, in a kind and gentle way. With videos from me for each module, 2 free courses, downloadable routines (taking you all the way from newborn to toddler), recipes and bonus videos, this is the only course you'll ever need to help your little one sleep well.

Hello, I'm Hannah Love.

I’ve spent the last 25 years helping families with their babies and children.

In my twenties I completed three university courses - in Paediatric Nursing, Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, whilst traveling the world nannying for pro golfers.

In my thirties I raised my own 3 children (Oliver born in 2008, Ella in 2012 and Henry in 2015), built a house, and founded and grew my new parenting business.

Through Sleep Well with Hannah, I’ve brought together all my experience and training to help hundreds of other families learn to juggle family life and, most importantly, sleep well.

I see myself as more than a sleep trainer - my deep knowledge in babies and children is what makes families feel confident in my hands, and is what makes my programmes, talks and courses work.

Through my CALM (Consistent, Achievable, Loving and Manageable®) approach to parenting I not only teach parents how to manage their baby’s feeding, weaning, nutrition, behaviour, and my most popular subject - sleep - I also teach confidence and how to enjoy juggling life with a baby. Frequently asked questions

Is this a 'no cry' solution?

Although this is a very gentle sleep solution I cannot promise you that your baby won't cry (if any sleep specialist does, run a mile!). All babies cry, there is no such thing as a 'no cry' baby, especially when there is change. What I can promise you is that you will be there, supporting your baby until they can sleep independently, I can promise absolutely that there will be no 'controlled crying' or 'cry it out'.

What happens if it isn't working?

My methods are tried and tested, with thousands of families getting back to sleep using them. If you follow the course and are consistent in the implementation, then you will see significant improvements in your baby's sleep. If you still need extra support, once the training is complete, there are options for discounted 1:1 consultations that can help solve any final issues.

Will weaning, milk feeds and routines be covered?

Yes, all weaning advice, recipes, meal and snack ideas, daytime routine and milk feeds will be included in the advice.

Can I continue to breast feed my baby?

Yes, absolutely. We will be putting times for feeds in the routine, so that feeds and sleep are separated. When we come to the night we will need to remove to get your baby sleep through.

Can my partner do the course with me?

Yes, this is possible and a great idea to ensure you can both carry out the training consistently.

My baby has a dummy, will I need to get rid of it?

No, there is no requirement for you to remove the dummy, if your baby currently has one. If, at the end of the training, you are just waking to replace dummy then my dummy course can help you with that.

My baby has a milk allergy, will the feeding information still be relevant?

Yes, I any of the recipes that are not dairy/egg/wheat free can be adapted.

My baby doesn't eat solid food. Should I be worried about reducing milk feeds, overnight?

This will all be covered in the course. We will not be doing anything to effect your babies calories or weight gain negatively.

Can I do the course in my own time?

Yes. The main online training can be done at your own pace, within the duration of the training and all resources will continue to be available to you after the course has completed. You have access to the course for life.

Will this course be relevant for my baby's age?

Yes, we have ensured that all ages are considered in this course. If your baby is under weaning age there is a bonus module just for you, this is with some extra considerations for very small babies. There are routines and age appropriate weaning recipes for babies all the way through from 1 month to 2 years old.
