What this course helps with.
This course is designed to take you from wherever you are now with your toddler’s sleep to your little one sleeping independently without leaving them to cry. This resolves many common sleep issues including:
Co-sleeping and contact napping.
If you feel ready to move forward from either of these situations then this course will show you how to achieve that in a kind and gentle way, without leaving your toddler to cry it out- you will be supporting them the whole time.
Separating feeding from sleep.
One of the hardest but most common sleep situations to move forward form. This course will show you how to achieve that in a step by step and kind and gentle way. This will include all the feeding, eating and weaning advice needed to achieve this.
Early wakes and short naps.
Both of these common sleep issues are caused (in part) by your toddler relying on yourto go to sleep- the sleep training will address that. Once completed, there are extra tips in modules 5 and 6 to ensure that they are fully resolved.
Tricky bedtimes.
Toddlers messing around at bed time and refusing to settle “one more story, I need a drink, I need a wee” are one of the most common issues that parents face me with. We tackle these straight away in modules 1 and 2. No more fighting bed times and a good routine for the whole family that ensures lots of fun at this, often difficult, time of the day.
Overnight wakes and feeds.
These can be exhausting and when you get to toddler years it is unnecessary for you to be up with your toddler. We will be talking these wakes and slowly reducing what your toddler needs from you.
Sleep dependency & behaviour.
The biggest cause of sleep issues in toddlers is dependency on you to go to sleep, and their behaviour surrounding this dependency. Luckily this course addresses any dependencies, in a kind and gentle way and will also give you tips on toddler behaviour to ensure your little one listens at this important time.

I’ve spent the last 25 years helping families with their babies and children.
In my twenties I completed three university courses - in Paediatric Nursing, Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, whilst traveling the world nannying for pro golfers.
In my thirties I raised my own 3 children (Oliver born in 2008, Ella in 2012 and Henry in 2015), built a house, and founded and grew my new parenting business.

Frequently asked questions
Although this is a very gentle sleep solution I cannot promise you that your baby won't cry (if any sleep specialist does, run a mile!). All babies cry, there is no such thing as a 'no cry' baby, especially when there is change. What I can promise you is that you will be there, supporting your baby until they can sleep independently, I can promise absolutely that there will be no 'controlled crying' or 'cry it out'.
My methods are tried and tested, with thousands of families getting back to sleep using them. If you follow the course and are consistent in the implementation, then you will see significant improvements in your baby's sleep. If you still need extra support, once the training is complete, there are options for discounted 1:1 consultations that can help solve any final issues.
Yes, all weaning advice, recipes, meal and snack ideas, daytime routine and milk feeds will be included in the advice.
Yes, absolutely. We will be putting times for feeds in the routine, so that feeds and sleep are separated. When we come to the night we will need to remove to get your baby sleep through.
Yes, this is possible and a great idea to ensure you can both carry out the training consistently.
No, there is no requirement for you to remove the dummy, if your baby currently has one. If, at the end of the training, you are just waking to replace dummy then my dummy course can help you with that.
Yes, I any of the recipes that are not dairy/egg/wheat free can be adapted.
This will all be covered in the course. We will not be doing anything to effect your babies calories or weight gain negatively.
Yes. The main online training can be done at your own pace, within the duration of the training and all resources will continue to be available to you after the course has completed. You have access to the course for life.
Yes, we have ensured that all ages are considered in this course. If your baby is under weaning age there is a bonus module just for you, this is with some extra considerations for very small babies. There are routines and age appropriate weaning recipes for babies all the way through from 1 month to 2 years old.
